Dark Souls 3 Irina of Carim Funny

The blind Irina of Carim is one of the many Characters you encounter in Dark Souls 3.

Finding Her

In order to find Irina, you must first obtain the Mortician's Ashes. Once you do, buy the Grave Key from the Shrine Handmaid.

Teleport to the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire in the Undead Settlement region. Turn right, cross the bridge and enter the sewers with the rats. Down here is a door you can now open. Follow this path all the way, and you'll discover Irina. Do as she asks, and allow her to join you, and she will be at the Firelink Shrine. Once she disappears, make sure to speak with Eyegon of Carim, who is just a few feet away from her cell.

Quest

Throughout the game you will find 4 Braille tomes. These directly tie into her storyline, which can go one of two ways.

LIGHT PATH

• Purchasing all the "light" miracles (i.e. Med Heal, Tears of Denial, Force, Bountiful Light, Blessed Weapon and Magic Barrier) without buying any of the Dark miracles (i.e. Deep Protection, Gnaw, Vow of Silence, Dark Blade and Dead Again).
• Doing this will turn her into a Firekeeper, who solely exists as an alternate way to level up. She serves no extra function compared to the Firekeeper in Firelink Shrine. Her new location is in the left Tower outside Firelink Shrine (past the door behind Sword Master).
• This pathway is not possible if you even buy one of the Dark miracles from the Dark Tomes (i.e. Deep Braille Divine Tome and Londor Braille Divine Tome).
• If you have accidentally given her any of the Dark Tomes, it's still possible to obtain this ending, as long as you don't buy any of the Dark miracles. Once she turns into a Firekeeper, the unused Tomes can be picked up next to her new location.

DARK PATH

• Purchase any of the Dark miracles. At this point, Eygon of Carim will take her away, and both of them will be found just after the Iudex Gundyr bonfire. Eygon himself will be hostile. Kill him.
• Talk to Irina twice at this location, and she will teleport back to Firelink Shrine.
• You are still able to get the light miracles from Irina.
• If you purchase ALL of the Dark miracles from her, she will no longer speak to you and wants someone to touch her. To speak with her, you must have Morne's Gauntlets equipped (purchased from the Shrine Handmaiden after Eygon's death). Touch her with these gauntlets and she will assume that you're Eygon. She will ask you to kill her, as he promised. Killing her will drop her ashes (and the Tower Key, should you not have bought it from the Shrine Handmaiden).
